aktivitas dimulai.  Pastikan operator & equipment telah tersertifikasi oleh disnaker  Ketika mobilisasi alat berat ke lokasi dipastikan lokasi penempatan alat berat yang aman dan tidak menganggu aktivitas lalu lintas transportasi  Periksa semua peralalatan dan alat-alat yang akan digunakan selama pekerjaan.  Pastikan excavator berada tidak di posisi pinggir/tepi tumpukan tanah/galian.  Patikan posisi excavator stabil  Memastikan pekerja jauh dari radius cangkul/swing dari excavator  Pastikan pandangan dari operator tidak tertutup  Bekerja dengan penuh konsentrasi  Pastikan excavator beroperasi di tanah landasan yang keras/padat  Pastikan area excavator aman dari pergerakan.  Sediakan barricade dan rambu rambu keselamatan .  Semua certificate peralatan dan operator harus disediakan.  Pekerja yang tidak terlibat diharapkan tidak berada dilokasi penggalian.  Pemeriksaan checklist harian excavator harus dilakukan dan peralatan aman untuk digunakan.  Pengecekan kondisi tanah yang berhubungan dengan jalur proses, listrik dan instrument dibawah tanah harus dilakukan.  Tandai jalur proses dan listrik yang live didalam tanah dan gunakan metode manual untuk penggalian.  Pastikan pekerja yang bekerja sudah diotorisasi dan cakap melakukan pekerjaan penggalian

6) Housekeeping

Catatan : - Stop pekerjaan, jika didapati penyimpangan atau perubahan dari JSA untuk di diskusikan lebih lanjut dengan semua departemen yang terlibat. - Lakukan penggalian manual di dekat jalur pipa existing - Komunikasi yang baik antara operator excavator dengan signalmen, yankinkan operator mengikuti instruksi
