4.2 Neraca Energi Perhitungan neraca energi merupakan prinsip dasar dalam perancangan desain pabrik kimia. Berdasarkan neraca energi, dapat digunakan sebagai penentu kebutuhan utilitas (listrik dan air pendingin) untuk proses dalam pabrik. Dalam perhitungan ini berlaku teori hukum kekekalan energi dengan asumsi bahwa aliran steady state. Data-data perencanaan produksi : Kapasitas Produksi Sorbitol : 30.000 ton/tahun Hari Kerja
