BEAUTY AND THE BEAST Once upon a time, there was a beautiful pure-hearted girl named Belle. She lived with her father at a village. Her father, Maurice, was a merchant. One day, Maurice had a big business at harbor, so he went to the harbor at morning. Maurice



: Belle, Belle, where are you?



Belle



: What happen, Dad?



Maurice



: I have a big business at harbor. I must go now. What do want as a gift? I will bring it to you.



Belle



: I don’t want anything. I just want a white rose.



Maurice



: Just that? Okay, I`m going now.



Belle



: Be careful, Dad.



At harbor, the business of Maurice failed. He didn`t hold money anymore so he couldn`t buy a white rose to Belle. At his way to home, he get lost in forest. At the forest middle, he saw an old Castle. He entered the Castle and rested there until new day arrived. Maurice



: Hwaaaaah! Nice sleep. What a comfortable old castle!



Maurice



: There is a beautiful garden. Maybe I can find a white rose there. (go to the garden)



Maurice



: This is a beautiful white rose. (pick the rose)



Beast



: (suddenly growling) Gwaaaah! Who is there that pick my rose?



Maurice



: A monster! Who are you?



Beast



: I`m Beast. The owner of this Castle and the Garden. You have picked my white rose, you must die.



Maurice



: Forgive me, I must take this rose and bring it to my daughter.



Beast



: You have daughter? I will not kill you, but you must bring your daughter to my Castle. You agree?



Maurice



: Hmmm…



Beast



: If you don`t agree, I will kill you!



Maurice



: Uh, okay. I agree, just wait for her.



After that promise, Maurice back to his home with sad feeling. Belle has waited for her father Belle



: (see her father came) Dad, why your face looked so sad?



Maurice



: Forgive me, Belle. I picked a white rose at Beast Castle so I must bring you to him now



Belle



: (shocked) You have promised to him? If that was happened, I will do it. I will go to Beast Castle then live there.



Maurice



: But, don`t do that Belle! Don’t sacrifice yourself for me. Maybe there is another way?



Belle



: No problem. I do this for our happiness.



Then Belle came to Beast Castle and lives there. Beast was very happy after Belle came to his Castle. Beast was very kind to Belle. One day, Beast saw Belle`s sad face. Beast



: Belle, why your face is looked so sad?



Belle



: My father sick. Can I back to home now? I beg to you.



Beast



: Oh I can`t gives you permission. I`m sorry but need you here.



Belle



: But my father sick and I must treat him.



Beast



: Okay, you can go home. But before that you must answer my question. I snatch you from your father. I take your happiness. Do you hate me?



Belle



: No, I don`t hate you. Your face is scary but your heart is very soft. You do this because you lonely, don`t you?



Beast



: Thank you very much. You can go



Then Belle went back to her home to treat Maurice. After Maurice healthier, Belle got a bad feeling about Beast. Belle



: Dad, I had a bad feeling about Beast. He was very kind to me but I left him alone.



Maurice



: If you want to see him, I let you to go there. Don’t worry about me. I feel healthy now.



Belle



: Thank you, Dad. I am going now. Belle went to Castle quickly. At Castle, she saw Beast lay down on the floor.



Belle



: Beast! What happened?



Beast



: Belle, you came. After you go, I feel weak, I can`t live alone without you.



Belle



: I`m sorry Beast. I was very afraid, please don`t leave me. I…I…love you



Beast



: Really? Thank you (suddenly change to a handsome prince)



Prince



: Thank you Belle. That curse break. I have cursed by a witch and change into Beast. This curse will break if I find a true love.



Belle



: Oh my prince, you still alive. Thank God. After that the prince and Belle live at Castle together forever
