Case incident 1 Walking the walk 2-15) Does this article change your perception of google as an employer? How? answer to the ques no 2-15. The Google Corporation is a well-established corporation with all modern amenities. Google is aware of the potential for smart, talented, and successful workers. The male workforce of the business outnumbers the female population. One of the company's biggest problems was a lack of diversity. There are racists and sexists among the rest of those who work there. The Google Corporation is now attempting to address these discrimination problems. There must be no space for prejudice in such a well-established and modernized organization. Certain people's perceptions can change as a result of issues such as prejudice and discrimination. . And since we all fully understand, this conflict would destroy sense of teamwork and maybe have an unfavorable impact on the organisational productivity. However, despite Google's gender imbalance, the report did not effect my attitude towards the company as an employer. They are forthright, aware, and welcoming when it comes to acknowledging that there is a diversity issue at work. Google is also a forum for anyone who wishes to showcase their skills and innovation. It's even about those who like to work for an organization with a more skilled team without having to think about their fellow employees. Working at Google is, in my perspective, a lot of fun. Yes, working at Google is difficult and demanding because it requires employees who are smart, innovative, demanding, loud, and adventuresome. As a bonus, you'll be able to collaborate with some of the world's most brilliant personalities  .    It would be an absolutely excellent chance to learn more about Google and meet new talented and intelligent people. There are benefits and drawbacks of a lack of diversity. It is up to the boss to decide if theywant to see it. If the Google company's growth can be attributed to a lack of diversity, so we don't need to worry about the rest.

2-16) would you agree that although google helps to modernize the workplace in other companies, its own workforce is old-fashioned? Answer to the ques no 2-16 we (me with my other group members)  do not believe that the Google workforce is outdated or old fashioned, despite the fact that it contributes to the modernization of other firms' work environments. Google is regarded as one of the world's best companies, with one of the world's finest and most advanced workforces. Google's staff is diverse, has a global attitude, is knowledgeable about the newest technologies, applications, and apps, is knowledgeable about better working practices, and so on.

In this situation, Google has the smartest, most capable, and innovative workers, and they are up to date in every way until they can successfully modernize others. This is because Google recruited knowledgeable, innovative workers who are driven to make a difference. They may not trigger any workplace issues, rather they are the ones who suggest solutions to big issues. Apart from that, the most critical characteristic is that they are not afraid to try something different and do their best to ensure that their project succeeds. They would assist and work with one another as a squad. The more diverse a community is, the more creative it can be. Furthermore, Google sends its workers to implicit bias training in order to compel participants in a team to understand their attitude in racist and sexiest aspects, since this bias reflects the desire to be discriminatory within their own team. There is little difference in talent between men and women in problem-solving, analytical skills, competitive spirit, dedication, and friendliness when it comes to gender. All of this highlights the fact that Google's workforce possesses all of the most recent and current characteristics, and while it does modernize the workplaces of other companies, it does not do so for its own employees.

2-17) why are older people often neglected and discriminated against? Answer to the question no 2-17 Age discrimination in the working place, also identified as ageism, happens when workers are excluded or viewed differently because of their age or inclusion of a certain age group. Despite the reality that age discrimination can affect both younger and older staff, the majority of research has largely focused on discrimination against older workers. In circumstances such as recruiting, staff selection, performance assessment, promotion decisions, and training, age discrimination can take the form of biased decision making, unfavorable reviews, and unfair behaviors. Discrimination based on age at work could have negative impacts for workers. Employers and the connection among staff members and their bosses. Negative perceptions about workers of various ages are strongest determinants of employer age discrimination. Age discrimination in the workplace is a significant problem for organisations dealing with an ageing and more diverse workforce. As a result, additional researches and realistic strategies targeting age inequality in the workplace are essential. Google supports other companies with modernizing their workplaces, but this does not indicate that Google employs an old fashioned staff. Google is considered as one of the world's best companies, with one of the world's finest and most advanced workforces. Google's staff is diverse, has a global attitude, is knowledgeable about the latest innovations, software products, and apps, is knowledgeable about better workplace conditions, and so on. All of this high points the fact that Google's workforce

includes all of the most recent and modern characteristics, and while it does modernize the workplaces of other companies, its own workforce remains far from outdated.
