1. Purpose a) The purpose of this procedure is to define key elements of the Al-Jaber Integrated management system. b) By identifying the key elements herein, the full context of the organization can be understood, and thus communicated to employees, customers, regulators and other third parties. c) By doing so, senior management is also better able to guide the company through the use of an informed strategic direction. d) The Management is responsible for implementation and management of this procedure.
2. Scope of Product and Services
Al-Jaber International Company provides the following Services: Manufacturing of Pre-Cast Concrete & Batch Plants and General Contracting for Construction and Commissioning, Professional Food Services. Catering and Life Support Services, General Trading & Supply Services, Logistics and Transportation Services.
3. Interested Parties “Interested parties” are those stakeholders who receive our Services who may be impacted by them, or those parties who may otherwise have a significant interest in our company. These are as follows:

Issue Al-Jaber has competitors, competitors may offer less prices then it should be even if it was a less regarding the profit aspect. the strategy to remedy the situation is to continually improve the quality and prices of services provided to clients. Al-Jaber does not present any particularly controversies that would result in negative reactions from society or the public, also Al-Jaber actively recruits labor from a wide distribution base in order to provide a fair, equity distribution of employment opportunities to Iraqi people. Al-Jaber continues to provide realistic career advancement opportunities for local and international staff. Al-Jaber works in hand to hand with authorities to ensure statuary/ regulatory bureaucratic requirements are processed in effective and efficient manner to ensure advanced Health & safety for all personnel. Al-Jaber continues to contributes to the local economy with a mature safe sustainable business that supports the main economic drivers of Iraq.
