EXCELL 350 MCD – 250 MCD ELECTROSURGICAL UNITS FOR MAJOR SURGERY



EXCELL 350MCD and 250MCD are two electrosurgical units to use in major surgery based on the most advanced electronic technologies known in the world today, by means of microprocessors, the only one that is able to optimise automatically working according to the various tissue structures so as to ensure the best results with the lowest power possible. Provided with any possible device to guarantee maximum safety to the patient and operators, two units differ only in the delivered powers, more for model EXCELL 350MCD that is suitable for endoscopic use too liquid in Urology (TUR, and so on), but both have the same technical data and performances.



COMPLETE OVERALL PERFORMANCE • Height currents, four for incision (pure or coagulating with three different haemostatic levels) and four for coagulation (soft, standard, spray and bipolar). • Activating controls either pedal or manual with the possibility to connect at the same time two electrodes- holder handles and to use independently bipolar coagulation. • Very fine, precise regulation of power supply, in micro/macro-scale with direct reading on the display. • Real time operating control by means of microprocessor with autodiagnosis when put ON the unit and check of power delivery which must never exceed the values selected. • Sound and light signals for operating and alarm. • Neutral electrode safety circuit with power cut-off and operating signals to check correct connection and perfect contact between the electrode and tissue (REM) at the application point (with the specific disposable/neutral plate). • Class I Type CF, the best and only one also qualificated for cardiosurgery (direct operations). • Floating output circuit, the best for patient and operator safety protected to use defibrillator. • Constructed with interchangeable boards to facilitate technical intervention, with two power Mosfet independent generators for monopolar and bipolar, the best without any heating problem. • Fine filtering for use with video camera. • Completely smooth control panel simple and easy to use and clean. • Waterproof pedal switch. • EXCELL 350MCD and EXCELL 250MCD are built in accordance with the Safety Standards in force for electrosurgical units at International, European and National level: CEI 62-11-83, IEC 601-2-2 II edition, CENELEC HD 395.2.2. • The units are completed by a wide range of accessories for any surgical use.



ACCESSORIES Perfectly able to satisfy every operative need, the apparatus is completed by a wide range of accessories both re-usable and disposable, including: electrode holder sets with or without manual control and with relatives electrodes and single-use adhesive electrodes both traditional and NPCC type for checking contact on the tissue; forceps and cables for bipolar coagulation. The dual-pedal control, very compact, is watertight on immersion. The carriage, H 23/SE, practical and manageable, is fitted with anti-static rubber wheels, an accessory pocket and the pedal control plan. As for the various endoscopic uses, adaptors are available for connecting all types of endoscopic cables available on the market today. 2
