Ukuran lot = 1000 maka dipakai kisaran Lot Size = 801 1000 Rata-rata kerusakan = Process Average = 0.5 % = 0.41 – 0.50% Diperoleh : Ukuran sampel (n) = 335 Angka penerimaan (c) = 1 Average Outgoing Quality Limit (AOQL) = 0.17 % Jadi jika ditemukan bungkus yang rusak 1 maka lot diterima sedangkan jika 1 maka lot harus diperiksa 100% dan yang rusak dibuang. AOQL menunjukkan bahwa prosedur ini menghasilkan lot yang kerusakannya tidak melebihi 0.17 %
Double Sampling Plan

Ukuran lot = 1000 maka dipakai kisaran Lot Size = 801 1000 Rata-rata kerusakan = Process Average = 0.5 % = 0.41 – 0.50 % Diperoleh : Ukuran sampel : n1 = 245 dan n2 = 250 Angka penerimaan: c1 = 0 dan c2 = 2 Average Outgoing Quality Limit (AOQL) = 0.19 % Jika pada sampel pertama tidak ada bungkus yg rusak maka lot diterima; sedangkan jika ada yang rusak maka dilakukan pengambilan sampel kedua. Jika jumlah rusak (I + II) 2 maka lot diterima. AOQL menunjukkan bahwa prosedur ini menghasilkan lot yang kerusakannya tidak melebihi 0.19 %

LQL menunjukkan bahwa prosedur ini menghasilkan lot produk dengan batas cacat yang dapat diterima 10.2 %

Jika jumlah rusak (I + II) 6 maka lot diterima. LQL menunjukkan bahwa prosedur ini menghasilkan lot produk dengan batas cacat yang dapat diterima 9.1 %
