Nominating Agency Declaration - required for Public sector applicants only* (NB: to be completed by the staff member within your organisation authorised to release staff for overseas study - for example staff from the International Relations Bureau (BKLN) / Centre for Education and Training / the Planning Bureau / Rector from the university as appropriate. Applicants from outside Jakarta must have the approval and nomination of their relevant Kakanwil or Kadinas and approval from Bupati or Governor (or representative) where necessary.) Please note that your signature on this form signifies your agreement to the following: 



to release the applicant from work duties while he/she attends English for academic training. This training is full-time and compulsory







to release the applicant from work duties after English for academic training to study in Australia, and process their official passport and exit permit







to cover the cost of travel to and from English for Academic Purposes training (Bali/Jakarta)





I strongly believe, she able to carry out independent research and analysis and to follow it up with a doctoral research in a research institution or Geoscience Department in Australia. Her long-term goal is to be an expert in Geosciences and to aid the development of this area internationally and my home country where it is a demanding area to potential economical mineral. Her knowledge pertaining to Rock and mineral under polarization microscope is insufficient but I assure you that I am committed and motivated to fill in the gap. The desire to acquire these skills is one reason why she attracted to the doctoral study. Secondly, the concern Australia University is well known for its excellence in geology field, complete with an accomplished faculty and modern research resources. Thirdly, she attracted by the program's inventiveness and uniqueness. With students from various nations, it provides its students with a good chance to learn from different cultures. Fourthly, education is essential part in her life. Her background as an lecturer in geological engineering of Universitas Islam Riau require development of science in order to improve quality and intelligence of nation. I am confident that she match the high standards set by university in Australia and she will be able to greatly contribute to the program. For all these reasons, I strongly aspire to secure admission to purse her PhD, with adequate financial assistance (Education Expense, Living Expense in the form of stipend per month) in Australia Award Scholarship program.
