Brief Project Description:



Bank Muamalat Indonesia mempunyai kewajiban membuat laporan lengkap (biasa disebut longform) untuk diperiksa oleh pihak audit. Selama ini, pembuatan laporan seringkali redundan isinya tapi dibuat oleh divisi-divisi yang berbeda. Laporan-laporan tersebut terkadang hasilnya berbeda antara divisi yang satu dengan divisi yang lain, padahal sumber datanya “seharusnya” sama. Oleh karena itu, Bank Muamalat membutuhkan suatu sistem pembuatan laporan (report generator) yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhannya dan mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut di atas. Report Generator ini harus menggunakan satu sumber data (datawarehouse) yang dapat mengeluarkan laporan-laporan, baik yang bersifat rutin maupun yang ad-hoc. Sehingga sebelum membuat Report Generator, harus dibangun terlebih dahulu datawarehouse-nya.

Project Charter D. Project Scope Describe the scope of the project. The project scope establishes the boundaries of the project. It identifies the limits of the project and defines the deliverables.



1. Analisis Yaitu melakukan analisis kebutuhan bisnis dan format setiap laporan yang akan dikeluarkan. 2. Desain a. Datawarehouse - Melakukan perancangan desain arsitektur datawarehouse - Melakukan pemilihan produk dan instalasi produk jika diperlukan - Melakukan perancangan dan pemodelan dimensi datawarehouse - Melakukan physical design - Melakukan perancangan laporan analitis b. Report Generator - Melakukan perancangan modul, - Melakukan perancangan database, dan - Melakukan perancangan antarmuka sistem berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan sistem. 3. Development a. Datawarehouse - Melakukan ETL Development dan integrasi data - Melakukan development laporan analitis b. Report Generator Yaitu pembuatan sistem report generator dengan mengacu kepada desain yang telah disepakati bersama. Source Code akan menjadi milik BMI dan dapat dikembangkan sendiri di kemudian hari. 4. Pengujian dan Perbaikan Yaitu pengujian hasil proses ETL dan pengujian sisem report generator. Pengujian akan dilakukan dalam rentang waktu yang kecil-kecil sehingga kesalahan program dapat segera diketahui. Adapun perbaikan akan segera dilakukan ketika sudah diketahui peyebab dari kesalahan program. 5. Instalasi Yaitu pekerjaan pemasangan atau instalasi pada server produksi. 6. Pelatihan Yaitu pelatihan bagi user tentang cara menggunakan sistem datawarehouse dan report generator. 7. Garansi Yaitu garansi yang diberikan selama 3 bulan paska serah terima. Yang termasuk ke dalam lingkup garansi ini adalah perbaikan error / bug dan troubleshooting.
