Heavy Lifting Procedure



1.0 Purpose Pengangkatan atau yang umum disebut lifting dimana seseorang mengangkat beban yang berat dengan bantuan alat berupa crane dapat menimbulkan resiko kecelakaan yang masuk kategori fatality dan kematian. Karna tingkat resiko yang dapat ditimbulkan sangat berat, pengangkatan dengan crane juga seringkali tergolong sebagai critical work dimana selain memiliki prosedur yang benar juga harus diawasi sedemikian rupa untuk meminimalisasi resiko yang ada. 2.0 Scope Pengangkatan menggunakan crane/ perlatan lain harus dilaksanakan dengan prosedur pengangkatan material berat atau heavy lifting procedure yang benar. 3.0 Accountability Orang yang bertanggung jawab atas Prosedur Operasi Standar ini adalah Manajer Produksi.. Pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan procedure ini adalah : 

4.0 Procedure 1 : Pastikan semua dokumen yang terkait telah dilengkapi Working permit dan rigging plan harus disetujui oleh pihak-pihak yang berkompeten. 



Fungsi dari Rigging Plan/Lifting Plan sangatlah penting, karena disitu kita harus menganalisa beberapa hal sebelum melakukan pengangkatan, dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan proses pengangkatan di lapangan, koordinasi di lapangan lebih teratur (job sequence) serta meminimalkan resiko kecelakaan yang terjadi pada saat pengangkatan.

Untuk membuat Rigging Plan kita harus mengumpulkan beberapa data seperti kapasitas crane, kondisi crane, load chart crane, lifting accesoris (chain block, shackle, sling, dll), kondisi lokasi untuk crane, berat material yang diangkat dan lain-lain sesuai dengan analisa dari engineer.



2 : Melibatkan hanya orang yang memiliki kompetensi yang diperlukan. 



Pastikan orang yang terlibat dalam aktifitas tersebut memiliki kompetensi sesuai kebutuhan. Salah satunya seperti tertera diatas; SIO operator, sertifikasi Rigger, pengawas dan lain-lain.



3 : Pastikan pelaksanaan pengangkatan berada pada jalurnya. 



Dilakukan briefing sebelum memulai aktifitas







Sign atau rambu-rambu dipasang sesuai dengan fungsi dan tempatnya







Pada saat pengoperasian hanya orang yang berkepentingan yang ada disekitar pekerjaan.







Menaati aturan dasar pengangkatan. Dalam hal ini biasanya telah disebutkan dalam rigiing plan atau JSA pekerjaan.



3 : Saat selesai lakukan clean up dan pastikan segala sesuatunya ditinggalkan dalam keadaan tidak membahayakan bagi orang lain. 



Dengan menaati prosedur keselamatan yang telah ditetapakan dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya kecelakaan dalam proses kerja pengankatan berat dengan menggunakan crane.

Heavy Lifting Procedure



1.0 Purpose Called lifting where someone lifts a heavy load with the help of a tool in the form of a crane can cause the risk of accidents that fall into the category of fatality and death. Because the level of risk that can be caused is very heavy, lifting with cranes is also often classified as critical work where in addition to having the right procedures must also be monitored in such a way as to minimize the risks that exist. 2.0 Scope Lifting using a crane / other equipment must be carried out with the correct procedure for lifting heavy material or heavy lifting procedures. 3.0 Accountability The person responsible for this Standard Operating Procedure is the Production Manager. 4.0 Procedure 1 : Make sure all related documents are completed Working permits and rigging plans must be approved by competent parties. 



The function of the Rigging Plan / Lifting Plan is very important, because there we have to analyze a number of things before making the appointment, with the aim of facilitating the appointment process in the field, job order and minimizing the risk of accidents that occur during appointment.

To make a Rigging Plan we must collect data such as crane capacity, crane condition, crane crane chart, lifting accesoris (chain block, shackle, sling, etc.), location conditions for the crane, weight of material lifted and others according to analysis from engineer.



2 : Involving only people who have the necessary competencies 



Make sure the people involved in the activity have competencies as needed. One of them as stated above; SIO operators, Rigger certifications, supervisors and others.



3 : Make sure the Lifting process is in its path. 



A briefing is carried out before starting the activity







Signs are installed in accordance with the function and place







At the time of operation only subjected people are around the area.







Follow the basic rules of Lifting. In this case it is usually mentioned in rigiing plans or JSA jobs.



3 : When finished, do cleaning up and make sure everything is left in a state of no harm to others. 



By adhering to the safety procedures that have been established, it can reduce the risk of accidents in the heavy lifting process using a crane.
