1. Strength 1. We have enough facilities and equipment to make a mass production. We can take a huge amount of order 2. We use high technology of machine and equipment that can guarantee our products is good and follow the standard 3. All of our staff have their own major in skills, knowledge, education and reputation 4. We always develop and create a new menu that different from the other competitors 5. We use creativities when it comes to designing our packaging, website grafic, bakery's decorations so that people can feel the exclusivity and premium of our products 6.This bakery location is located very strategically in the middle of the city which is Bandar Puncak Alam. Our flexible business hours can also make it easier for customers to buy and make any order 7. We only used fresh and premium ingredients 8. Because of our staff is trained and skillful, we can accept various design of cakes and dessert 9. We make sure that our bakery offer a good ambiance services such as music, air-conditioning, adequate seating and clean



2. Weaknesses - our product are pricey because of premium ingredients - our bakery is new in the market - our competitors have better advertising - costly advertising - our machine maintenance too costly and have to get from overseas - our product are perishable - irregular supply chain



3. Opportunities -SweeTreats Bakery can expand a variety of pastries and cakes by opening various branches peninsula by using agent services. This is because our shop is located in the urban area of Bandar Puncak Alam and makes it easier for agents to take stock when the stock has arrived. -SweeTreats Bakery has the opportunity to increase customers due to its strategic area which is close to residential areas where there are many residents who can be made as target customers. -SweeTreats Bakery can have many opportunities through the current cultural way of life. Most people today like to eat foods such as cakes and chocolates. Weddings are also usually incomplete without cakes. Due to the passage of time and the modern way of life of modern people, such a business can bring huge profits and potential to grow more advanced. -SweeTreats bakery has the opportunity to grow its online business. The growing online business is an opportunity for this business to continue to grow. Threat The threat that is likely to confront us is the fact that we compete in Puncak Alam,selangor with already founded bakeries, and there are also other entrepreneurs who are likely to launch similar business in the same position from which we plan to launch. We see of course, that they will fight with us to win over the competition that is open.
