Team Building Accomplishment Report October 2018



” Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success” - J. Maxwell . Team work is important in nurturing working environment. This calls for means and ways of growing and enhancing team work in every organization and one major way is having team members engage in a team building program. The team building activities challenge team members to solve tasks at hand and in the process learn vital skills necessary for a good team and provide opportunities to share ideas in a fun relaxed environment. The training was conducted in the liveliest group fun activities. This was facilitated by Miss Chicanny B. Remolta, one of the MAPEH teachers in Bayabas National High School. And, assisted by Miss. Vanessa Jane T. Panhay, EsP coordinator.



The activity started by a word of prayer led by Mr.Policarpo Roa,Grade 8 English teacher.It was followed by an orientation;a short talk regarding tem building by



the facilitator,Miss Chicanny Remolta. Several games was played during the activity.Such as human knot with a twist, human wheel borrow and amazing race. This team building activity is part of our 5 -day In-Service Training for teachers.

The activity was held at Victoria’s beasch ,Bayabas Cagayan de Oro City. The allocated time seems not enough for everyone wanted more fun games/activities.But still we ended that day with a happy and peaceful heart.

Recollection Narrative Report April 29,2019 Is there more to Life than this? This was thrown to us,participants, for us to ponder.The scripture “I am the Way the Truth and the Life” is simply the answer. Volunteers coming from TUKOD Foundation facilitated the recollection. Befrore, we started the recollection Mr. Benie Sy told us three important things.First, he said before the recollection we might have many questions.Second, these mighgt be answered here through the talks,seatmates discussion and sharing.Lastly,If this is not answere, at least we know where to ask them and how to ask these questions.



The first speaker for that day was Mr. Benie Sy.He gave emphasis the impotance of our personal relationship with God.He reiterated it many times in his talk. He even provided a situation wherein everyone can relate.



We had a group activity after his talk. We were asked if you were given 24 hours to live what will you do? We wrote it in a piece of paper and shared it to our groupmates.It seems a little bit funny because each one of us had a common answer this is to have plenty sleep and to wake up late.



Our second speaker talked bout Faith,He compared it with a tripod stand.Having three stands that represent the word of God,work of Jesus and witness of the Holy Spirit. In his talked he said also that Faith needs Action.

The day ended having each one of a peaceful heart.It’s absolutely one of the best activities we had in school.We need to examine our inner self for us to have a better working environment.
