• Biasanya dinyatakan sebagai minimum Interpass temperature • Luasan daerah preheat sama dengan tebal dari lasan (tetapi tidak boleh kurang dari 75 mm.

Butt Joint misaligment : •Misaligment tidak boleh melebihi 10% dari tebal yang paling tipis pada sambungan atau 3 mm diambil mana yang lebih kecil.
