Therea are two kinds of Adjective Clause DO YOU KNOW? 1. Non defining clause.  Mr. Carpenter, who is the supervisor of our group, always works hard.  Our company, which has become a strong company, has been undergoing a lot of experience. 2. Defining Clause  One of the new workers who work under my supervision is very competent despite his new age.  I want to check the new building which is next to your office. Non defining clause must use comma between the clause and the information is just additional. It does not give new information to main clause or the whole sentence. Defining relative clause does not use commas between the clause. It gives important information to the main clause or the whole sentence

NOTE: A relative clause can be replaced by a participle. Present participle replaces a relative clause if the meaning of the clause is active. The form is Verb + ing. e.g



‘The boy who/ that sits in front of Ame is the champion’ can also be said ‘ The boy sitting in front of me is the champion. A relative clause can be replaced by past participle if the meaning of the clause is passive. The form is Verb+ ed or Third form in Irregular verb.



e.g ‘The story which/ that is told everywhere is a hoax’ can also be said ‘ the story told everywhere is a hoax Make dialogues in group of maximum four students from the topic below. Use the adjective clause or participle. 



Make a dialogue based on topic of corruption based on the text above or the issue you know from the news.
