Chapter 3 - Manual(low speed) Operation 1. Auto-Tuning * Auto-tuning is conducted when stopped, and the time required may be different according to the condition of motor and the type of inverter. Generally, it takes 10 seconds.

Directions for Auto-tuning 1) Make sure R.S.T and U.V.W are correctly connected 2) Make sure the encoder is installed and connected properly Using Lottery Encoder, errors occur frequently due to wrong installation. Be careful and install it properly.

3) Verify Input Voltage(R.S.T). (380V or 220V) 4) The toggle switch on control board does not work in manual drive mode. (Available when the car is in auto drive mode)

* Refer to the next chapter to tune the inverter.

* Setting the capacity of the motor on PAR_07, if you want to select the other capacity, not the default capacity, set "USER DEFINE" to let the indicator display a menu for selecting capacities. Input the capacity of motor on the User Defined Capacity of Motor. * "Basal Speed of motor" of PAR_17 is the frequency in which the rated voltage of inverter is outputted. Rated Speed will be set in the range of the top speed of the motor. Set the basal speed and rated voltage properly, matching to the rating of the motor. Generally, the rating of Standard motor is 50HZ (1500RPM). * The default value of "rated voltage of the motor" at PAR_18 is 220V for 220V range products, 440V for 440V range products. Set this value as 380V if the input voltage is 380V. In the case of other types of motors, input the data of tag on the motor. This data is necessary to prevent voltage saturation, being inputted in Voltage Control, and affects the value of magnetizing current. Please input accurate data. * Adjust Adj t the th value l off ""effectiveness ff ti off motor" t " att PAR PAR_20 20 only l iin th the case th thatt th the motor t ttag shows a specific value. If not, don't adjust it. * "Rated Slip of Motor" of PAR_21 is the speed which is subtracted the rated speed of the tag from the basal speed. For example, if the basal speed is 1500 RPM and the rated speed is 1460 RPM, the rated slip is 40 RPM.( 1500RPM - 1460RPM )
