Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing. For the fuze, insert a pipe cleaner, cut to about 2 inches, into the grey piece. To make the flame, take a scrap of yellow yarn and weave it through with the yarn needle to the magic ring of the candle. Make sure it’s secured with a knot. Then fluff the flame up to look more realistic.

Boat Using light blue yarn, Ch 15. Row 1: In 2nd ch from hook, sc in each ch across. (14 sts) Ch 1 and turn.



Row 2-14: Sc 14. Ch 1 and turn. To make a clean edge, Sc around the edge, making sure to place 2 sc in each corner. Fasten off and weave in the tails.



To make the sailboat: Fold the bottom right hand corner up towards the upper left corner. Almost like making a triangle but don’t fold in half completely. Then with the bottom left hand corner and upper right hand corner, bring those two corners together on the back. With the tail and yarn needle, sew the two corners together. Add safety eyes between the rows right near the edge. For one of the eyes, insert into both the side of the boat and the sail. Sew on mouth.
