2.2- OTHER WORKS a) All the first fill consumables such as water, flushing oil, Lube oil (same as used by the Client in Khasab Old Power Stations, radiators water D.G. Sets and during reliability till handing over of plant shall be supplied by the Contractor. b) Fuel oil required for testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning till handing over of plant shall be supplied by the Client. c) The Contractor shall inform the Client by his requirement for the Fuel oil ONE WEEK before starting pre-commissioning tests.



2.3-MAIN DIESEL OIL STORAGE TANKS SPECIFICATIONS. This section of the specification describes the technical requirements for Main Diesel Oil Storage Tank which includes but not limited to Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Erection, Inspection and Testing of Diesel Oil Fixed Conical Roof Vertical Storage Tanks. i-Specification of the Tank: a. ix-Painting: a. External: i. One coat of Epoxy primer to DFT 75 Micron ii. One intermediate coat of High Build Epoxy to DFT 150 Micron iii. Final Coat of Polyurethane top coat to 75 Micron Total DFT to 300 Micron b. Internal: i. Tank Floor and one (1) Meter shell height from the floor as per above specification (external) c. Underside of bottom Plate: i. Three coats of Coal Tar Epoxy to 375 Micron x- Inspection and Testing: a. Inspection and documentation :Conforming to BS EN 14015: 2004 b. NDT: i. NDT shall be carried out by specialized contractors. ii. Radiographic testing for shell plate welding 10% iii. MPI for shell plate welding 10% iv. Vacuum box test for bottom plate welding 100% v. Water fill testing Tank Testing : By water fill testing (Water required for testing the Tank shall be supplied by the Contractor at his own cost). xi- level Indicator /Switch The Main Fuel Storage Tank shall be equipped with level switch/ indicator approved by the client, the same shall be connected to remote panel in the Control room to read the tank level. Hi & Lo alarm shall be installed



2.4- ELECTRIC OVERHEAD CRANE (EOTC) (20 TON) SPECS. i.



Scope:



The Contractor shall provide Double Girder electric overhead travelling of 20,000 kg SWL capacity. Provision should be made for fixing of the crane rails, end stops, down shop conductors and supports, isolator, power collectors, cabling and all associated works. There should be a full length maintenance platform running on one side of the crane from which access to all parts of the crane should be possible. There should also be a minimum of two access ladders with platforms provided at suitable locations. ii.



General design:



The cranes shall conform to the requirements specified in BS: 466 or equivalent and include hoist overload testing at works and complete crane overload testing at site at 1.25 times the SWL. All motors shall be two speed squirrel cage induction motors. Winding insulation shall be class F. Gravity lowering of loads will not be acceptable but hoists shall
