Operation Instruction for FH250 Circular Loom



I.



Brief Introduction



FH250 Circular Loom is a kind of hose loom which is optimized and developed on the basis of introducing foreign similar- equipment and combining with our own experience summarizing from long-term production practice as well. 1,The host regulates speed by variable frequency. It is convenient and flexible for operation, high security, reliability and high efficiency. 2, Equipped with automatic stop controls breakage of warp yarn and empty weft bobbins and the indication lights show where the breakage has occurred or if the weft bobbins are empty. This makes the products quality stable and reduces operators’ work . 3, Surface of the fabric is even and equal. More than 4 patterns of weave are available . 4,Hose diameter is from 20mm to 110mm and 250mm can be reached by adding accessories .

Installation



We recommend that the Circular Loom should be installed on a 10m2 platform of net height approx. 2500mm. By doing this the equal warp tension is obtained easily and site area of each Loom can be reduced. But it is not objected that installing the Circular Loom on the same level as the creel . the Loom is required to be horizontally.



IV Adjustment and operation 1,Adjustment: All parts of the Circular Loom have been tested and adjusted when leaving the factory. Customers can use it directly under normal circumstances except the shuttle gap need certain adjustments during operations, details as following : a) Dismantle of shuttle-tang and adjust bolts of bracket 634/3

b) Loosen 613/3 stop screws of eccentric axis of shuttle stop idler c) Turn eccentric axis with Hex allen wrench and adjust lengthways gap of shuttles to the best state d) Fasten stop screws 2, Thread: Distributing hose warp yarn which you design to centre of 12 units ,i.e. 478 guiding needles and shuttle bed evenly .plain weave intervals 2 levels or multiple of 2, twill weave intervals 3 levels or multiple of 3. It needn’t interval if the warp yarn design is 478 pcs .

3,Traction :lead along the warp yarn upon spring hook and stuck the spring hook in the mouth of warp-stop boardcard ; clamp warp-stop board ; distribute warp yarn into 4 to 6 shares and tie to the prepared traction head , details in
. Note: Wave circular has been installed . Drive the clutch off the traction equipment and force the shaking arm fan-shaped gear to occlude with fan-shaped gear of pan axle , Turn handwheel anticlockwise to tighten lead and warp yarn ,exit handwheel axis and pull off clutch and making it occlude with pan axle. 4, Adjustment of fan-shaped board t: Fix the fan-shaped board on shuttle-tang and make adjustment by adjusting screw of

shuttle-tang.Turn adjusting screw of shuttle-tang when adjusting and it is suitable to adjust fan-shaped board to the internal edge of waive circular.



5, Adjustment of weft density : According to the weft density of your designed products, exchange the weft gear(E) to the one meeting requirements ,details in




6,weave by installing weft bobbins: put the weft bobbins finished according to requirements into shuttles . Note: the weft bobbins should be put the correct place. Insert the weft into the thread hole of fan-shaped board and adjust the head of shuttles. Press the button after confirmation and make the machine turn slowly ,so that hose will be weaved . 7,Adjustment of weave diameter : After forming fabrics, if there is tolerance between the diameter of fabric and the required, corresponding adjustments can be made,i.e. turning adjusting screws after loosening locking nuts of shuttle-tang and adjust corresponding position of fan-shaped board and weave circular ,i.e. daff or furl until satisfaction. 8,Adjustment of distribution disk : the distribution disk must cooperate with guiding needle correctly ,otherwise ,normal weave is not available . When finding the position is not correct , adjust the distribution disk forward or backward one case of guiding needle after loosening bolts of distribution disk bracket , then normal weave is available .



V. Lubrication The lubricated part of the Circular Loom adopt the way of centrifugal splash lubrication .Putting approx.1.5kg of lubrication into the shuttle-tang and making inspection about it every 2 or 3 months usually or changing the lubrication. Gear lubrication of good quality is putting into the traction gear box and change it every 6 months . Pay attention to the lubrication quantity and add it in time when it is lower than the required .

VI Control There are 3 buttons fixed on the Circular Loom : the green button is for running ,the yellow one is for spot movement and the red one is for stop. Shuttle speed is regulated directly by variable frequency. The textile workers can control the rotation speed of shuttles optionally as long as adjusting the knob for shuttle speed on the control cabinet. It is very convenient to operate. Breakage of warp yarn and weft automatic stop are both to be controlled by low voltage of 24 V, details in circuit diagram.



VII. Common Faults and exclusion Common faults
