Last class we heard the story of a boy who wished for a puppy. A pet is an animal that we care for and lives in our house. If you could have any pet in the world, what would it be? Why? Why do we have pets?



Describing Animals Power Point Go through all the slides, have students repeat the words and sentences, have students move their bodies according to the adjective (small, big) Question and cold call on students to read the sentences on the slides and/or move the slides on the smart board. Describing Animals Activity Individually or in pairs, students complete activity 1 in activity book (p.69). Teacher models animal A A bird is small. It is feathery. It lives in a tree.
