Masterpact Air Circuit Breaker Introduksi



ACB Masterpact, kehandalannya Teknologi terbaru Merlin G erin telah menghasilkan konsep baru untuk Power Circuit Breaker. Dengan segala kelebihan dari konstruksi modular dalam polyester enclosure, Masterpact menawarkan performance yang lebih dari sekedar memenuhi standar Internasional. Masterpact memiliki ketahanan thermal yang tinggi sehingga memungkinkan cara kerja yang disebut dengan Diskriminasi Total. Hal ini dapat menjamin kontinuitas pelayanan sumber daya listrik karena pada saat terjadi gangguan (hubung singkat), Masterpact akan “menunda” pemutusan, sebelum semua circuit breaker di sisi bawahnya terputus (trip). Sehingga, jika gangguan tersebut hanya terjadi pada satu titik, maka circuit breaker pada daerah itu sajalah yang terputus.

Masterpact, tanpa perawatan Tanpa perawatan, Masterpact dapat dioperasikan sebanyak 10.000 kali pada 1600A. Jika dalam sehari terjadi 2 kali trip, maka Masterpact dapat melayani instalasi selama 13,7 tahun tanpa perawatan. Hanya dengan mengganti contact point dan arc chutenya, Masterpact dapat beroperasi 20.000 kali pada 1600A.



Masterpact, withdrawable - Circuit breaker dapat dikeluarkan dan dimasukkan dengan cepat tanpa melepas circuit daya, sehingga mempermudah perawatan - Dapat dilakukan test/uji trip unit - Posisi circuit breaker dapat diketahui (“connected”, “test”, “disconnected”) - Dengan menambahkan penyangga dapat dibentuk menjadi fixed type

Micrologic Trip Unit Introduksi



ACB Trip unit adalah "otak" dari circuit breaker, Masterpact NT & NW menggunakan electronic trip unit Micrologic yang mensensor harga RMS dari arus, sehingga nilai yang ditampilkan pada trip unit menyatakan arus yang sebenarnya tanpa dipengaruhi oleh bentuk gelombang arus, misalnya karena adanya harmonik pada jaringan. Juga tersedia pilihan komunikasi untuk mengintegrasikan circuit breaker ke dalam sistem supervisi sehingga fungsi proteksi, kontrol dan monitoring dapat dilakukan dari jarak jauh.
