Develop meal pattern, because you can still on your track and measure the good nutrition of your meals that both fit on your way of life and include the recommended foods 4. Is it advisable to include milk in our daily diet or not? Yes, it is advisable. Because the content of milk helps fill our nutritional needs, such as protein, calsium, fosfor, etc 5. Do fats have vitamins or not? No, fats don’t have vitamins. Because fats are contains element of carbon, hydrogen, and oksigen. 6. Which should we do first establish the meal pattern and plan the weekly menu earlier or later? Earlier. Because if we establish the meal pattern and plan the weekly menu for a whole week earlier, we can handle what is we want and make more option for our menu 7. In preparing meals, taste and budget should be considered or ignored? Should be considered. Because we don’t have a standard of family food tastes and also to minimize the imbalance between the economy and the necessities of life 8.
