Appoint safety flag man if vehicle may need to move or reverse. Moving vehicles will be proximity to people.



 



Ensure brake is applied. Chock delivery vehicle wheels if necessary.

Crane is set up as close to the lift area as possible to avoid over reaching. Crane operator should maintain a steady speed during the operation.





Project / Safety team to ensure briefing must be done and monitor the processes closely. Do not hoist lift overhead, don’t stand below load being lifted. Barricade area and display safety signage. Use of communication equipment of walkie talkie between crane operator and upper level person in charge.
