HOW TO MAKE DODOL Ingredients : 1. 750 g raw glutinous rice 2. 10 large coconuts 3. 2 tablespoon sugar 4. Salt 5. 200 g chopped cashew nuts Utensil : Bowl Spoon Stove Greashed dish Pan Knive Preparation : 1. Grate coconuts and extract coconut milk. To do this, grind the coconut with warm water. Strain this, squeezing the coconut as mush as possible. 2. Chop the cassew nuts. 3. Grind the glutinous rice add the coconut milk. Stir well to avoid lumps. 4. Place on a slow fire and stir continuosly in a deep pan. 5. After the mixture thickens slighly, add the chopped nuts and stir. 6. Keep on stirring until the wholr mixture is well thickened and begins to leave sides of the vessel. 7. Pour into greased dish. Leave to cold.
