During worker preparation, taking the physical examination of the workers in the clinic, excluding the acrophobia、hypertension workers.

Checking the tools , make sure all the tools are in good condition, thus security the workers and equipment shelter from hazards



Wearing no safety belts can causing the worker be fall down.



Provide PPE as per the job assignment after training .making sure each worker know how to using PPE to protect themselves.

Training the healthy workers about the working at height and notify them safety risks of welding activities at height



Using the proper crane, insure the hoisting capacity meet the lifting requirement.



The welder & the welder helpers must wear welding goggles

Make sure fire extinguishers are available on site Wear proper PPE for welding, leather jackets, Gloves, welding goggles/welding mask, Trained Fire Watch.



Electrocution/ Spatter burns



Gas Monitor correctly sited. Certified Equipment and to be sited as near as possible to work site.



Damage cable



Hot tabs end pieces of welding rods.



Sparking



Proper earthling of equipment. Certified Welder. Make sure spark containment is used such as a welding hood/fire blanket. Ensure that rod holder is in good condition. Ensure that forward and return cables are in good working condition.



Damage cable



Use proper cable connector for extension. If cables are crossing the road then ensure proper protection.
