Guarantee the purchase of bulk drinking water supplies produced in accordance with the terms of the agreement Obligation of Parties

Responsible for the supply of raw water • To be responsible for the minimum services standard of the water supply relating to operational aspects of the facility after the reservoir and in particular, managing human resources relating to billing to end-users
Revenue and Expense
Local PDAM will receive all revenue from residential and industrial water supply services and responsible for the operating expense that arise Operating expense will includes: • Salary cost for the supply and invoice services operation • G & A Expense
Business Entity • To design, build finance and carry out operations and maintenance (DBFOM) of infrastructure and superstructure of the water treatment facility which might include: 1. Repair of existing intake infrastructure 2. Installation of raw water pumps 3. Construction of raw water transmission pipes 4. WTP Construction 5. Construction of bulk drinking water transmission pipes from WTP to the reservoir of offtaker 6. Land Maturation Work 7. WTP Operation and Maintenance (O & M) • To be responsible on the minimum services standard of the Water treatment facility that related to the infrastructure and superstructure assets
• To receive Take or Pay payments to be paid by Local PDAM for the concession period of 25 years for the production of clean water (for BOT) • To pay the principal debt and interest that arise from raising the debt for the construction of the facility • To pay the maintenance expenses of infrastructure and superstructure assets Operating expense will includes: • COGS for the operation • G & A Expense 21
