1. OBJECTIVE Exploration procedure designed to provide a detailed explanation of the process of exploration to determine, locate, identify and define the geological overview.



2. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work of this procedure is limited to certain items as follow: This procedure describes the ordinances the preparation and process of exploration along with the duties and authority of each section to match the company requirement. 3. RESPONSIBILITY 3.1. SURVEYOR 3.1.1. Surveyor is responsible for: 3.1.1.1. Develop exploration design as a mining plan. 3.1.1.2. Conduct a literature review 3.1.1.3. Conduct field survey and mapping area. 3.1.1.4. Create report of exploration result 3.1.1.5. Support of Geodetic and Geologist (OG) in exploration activity as a plan. 3.2. DIRECTOR OPERATIONS 3.2.1. Director of Operation is responsible for: 3.2.1.1. Provide and Assure of IUP has been met and up to date. 3.2.1.2. Assure of land status available. 3.3. Kepala Teknik Tambang (OT) 3.3.1. Kepala Teknik Tambang is responsible for: 3.3.1.1. Assure all regulation for mining activity has been met. 3.3.1.2. Assure all Exploration Equipment/tool available, complete, keep working order, and has calibrated. 3.3.1.3. Assure all personnel available, complete and qualified 3.3.1.4. Assure all document related exploration activity available in accordance with regulation. 3.3.1.5. Supervise of Exploration activity 3.3.1.6. Control and monitor of exploration activity to keep in accordance with a plan and schedule. 3.4. Geologist and Geodetic Engineer: 3.4.1. Geologist and Geodetic Engineer is responsible for: 3.4.1.1. Provide topography map with 1 : 50.000 or 1 : 25.000 scale (Output/result of Topographical survey) 3.4.1.2. Determine of exploration target in accordance with company target 3.4.1.3. Make a plan of exploration design 3.4.1.4. Determine of method to be use in exploration process 3.4.1.5. Supervise geologist surveyor in all of exploration activity. 3.4.1.6. Responsible for implementing of exploration activity to keep in accordance with the procedure and planning. 3.4.1.7. Analyzing the results of preliminary exploration.

3.4.1.8. Locate and mark sites selected for geophysical prospecting activities, such as efforts to locate mineral products. 3.4.1.9. Produce geological map including geological structures, alteration zones, catchment area, mining area. 3.4.1.10. Perform and produce accurate and proper geophysics (geomagnetic) exploration report. 3.4.1.11. Perform and produce accurate and proper IP report. 3.4.1.12. Perform and produce accurate and proper geological drilling report. 3.4.1.13. Produce accurate of exploration data 3.4.1.14. Supervise the implementing of exploration detail 3.5. Geologist Surveyor (OGS) 3.5.1. Geologist surveyor is responsible for: 3.5.1.1. Perform a literature review (Previous surveys, Early Record, Finding Report) 3.5.1.2. Perform field survey and mapping 3.5.1.3. Check the availability of geological map 3.5.1.4. Completing of geological map (if not available)/ /mapping geology (1 : 25.000 to 1 : 10.000 Scale). 3.5.1.5. Looking for signs/research of sediment / outcrop 3.5.1.6. Plotting the signs of sediment / outcrop on the base map. 3.5.1.7. Combine and make a vertical section or distribution model (geological model). 3.5.1.8. Intake by means of random samples 3.5.1.9. Make a test pit 3.5.1.10. Make a trenching 3.5.1.11. Drilling (if necessary) 3.5.1.12. Plotting these locations on a map correctly 3.5.1.13. Perform of exploration detail 3.5.1.14. Sampling with a shorter distance (tightly)/ Mapping Geology (1 : 5000 to 1 :1000 Scale). 3.5.1.15. Support Geologist in further 9 process. 3.5.1.16. Support Geologist in IP, Geomagnit, Geoelectrical activity 3.5.1.17. Prepare report of exploration result (Preleminary exploration and Exploration Detail) 3.5.1.18. Support Geologist and Geodetic Engineer in all of exploration activity. 3.6. Finance Director (DF) 3.6.1. Director of finance is responsible for providing of funding/budget in exploration activity. 3.7. General Affair and Human Relation Manager 3.7.1. General Affair and Human Relation Manager is responsible for providing and ensuring all permit available and up to date.
