AAD03040OL Door controller quick guide



!! Please operate the controller according this guide. !! Operation, maintenance and inspection must be done by qualified persons.



1. Wiring Before using this product, please confirm that the wiring for the power and motor and the control terminals connected correctly.

* Set the parameter P033/P034 to select the RY1/RY2 output function, and select the NO/NC mode P033=r10: RY1 Terminal A1\C1 NC Mode,P033=10: RY1 Terminal A1\C1 NO Mode; P034=r11: RY2 Terminal A2\C2 NC Mode,P034=11: RY2 Terminal A2\C2 NO Mode;



2. Basic operation and parameter setting Before operating, please confirm the motor is no-load status.

Basic operation: Power on,



STEP1 Select the (PMSM) motor type Set the parameter H001=2 (50W Motor) (The parameter H002~005,H010~016 will be set automatically, please don't change the setting data value.)



STEP2 Encoder Z-Phase signal offset Auto-tuning a. Set the parameter H008=1 b. Press the MODE button to display “Att1” on the main display c. Press the RUN button to start auto-tuning



(“CAL1“displayed)



d. When the Auto-tuning is over, “End1” will be displayed. e. Press the STOP button,exit the Auto-tuning



(“0000” displayed)



(The value of the Encoder Z-Phase signal offset will be saved in parameter H009.) * If the Auto-tuning can not finished normally, please confirm: a. The encoder has been connected correctly. b. The motor’s lead wires (U, V and W) have been connected correctly. c. The motor is no-load status. -3-

STEP3 Setting the motor direction of rotation,and starting-up parameter Setting the motor direction of rotation (Parameter H007)



When open the door, the motor rotates clockwise: When open the door, the motor counter-clockwise rotation:



Set H007=0 Set H007=1



Setting synchronous starting-up parameter Adjust the parameter H022(synchronous starting-up torque level)according to the load. Set the parameter H023=1 (H023=1,After synchronous starting-up,the controller will run according to the OPEN/CLOSE command signal) Power OFF, and connect the load to the motor.



STEP4 Power on again and motor synchronous starting-up (Please keep the door at CLOSE arrival position, before power on) Power on,“Sync” displayed on the main display Press the RUN button,motor synchronous starting-up After synchronous starting-up, the AAD03040 will run at 0.5Hz, Press STOP button to stop running. * If the door can not be operated because the low torque level, Please increase the setting value of the parameter H022.



STEP5 Door width measurement a. Set the parameter d068=2(NO Arrival signal select), Set the parameter P004=3(door width measurement mode) b. Press MODE button to display “d.CAL” Press RUN button to start the door width measurement. Door width measurement mode, the door will operate according to the following step: Current position →OPEN Arrival position →CLOSE Arrival position →OPEN Arrival position



c. When the door width measurement is over, “d.End” will be displayed. -4-

Press the STOP button, to exit the door width measurement mode. (The measurement value will be saved to parameter d001 automatically.) (When the door width measurement is over, the setting data value of parameter P004 will be change to “1” automatically.



STEP6 Adjust the OPEN/CLOSE Operation and Parameter a.



Adjust the setting data value of parameter d002(CLOSE Arrival position) and d006(OPEN Arrival position)in order to secure the arrival area. If there is no arrival area width, the door position data will not conform to arrival area in normal operation. To secure the arrival area, the setting of OPEN/CLOSE arrival position shall be changed.



b.



Set the parameter P003=1 Press the ▲+RUN button(OPEN Operation) or ▼+RUN button(CLOSE Operation), to check the OPEN/CLOSE operation。

The parameter d050, d051: Obstacle judgment frequency ratio (%) = detection frequency ÷ setting frequency * Calculates the detection frequency with the encoder signal to get the frequency ration. When the frequency ration is less than the setting value of the d050 and d051, overload (sandwich of automatic door occurs) is judged. * Frequency ratio can change between high speed and low speed Changing frequency can be set with parameter d052.
