Only berth in good sea conditions, with trained barge master/captain. Assure lighting inside the boat and on the berth platform when loading/offloading. Use tug boats with sufficient capacity to safely maneuver the vessels berthing and mooring operations Only competent and certified barge crew to supervise and execute the operations All vessels and marine equipment’s shall have valid certificates and properly checked and well maintained before being used on site Weekly Look Ahead for inclement weather
