What is Corporate University (Corpu) ? Allen (2002) A Corporate University is an educational entity that is a strategic tool designed to assist its parent organization in achieving its mission by conducting activities that cultivate both individual and organizational learning, knowledge, and wisdom.
Grenzer (2006) “Corporate University as a function strategically aligned toward integrating the development of people within a spesicif organization. It must focus on personal development, career paths, training opportunities, learning events, human resources programs, and leadership at all levels of the organization”.

Level II Training + Managerial and/or executive development: Pelatihan fokus pada skill dan masuk ke desain pembelajaran pengembangan eksekutif.
Level III Courses offered for academic credit: Melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan perhitungan kredit akademik, yang diakui oleh Perguruan Tinggi tradisional.
