1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 General Implementation of government programs related to kerosen replaced with LPG at the Java Island. Therefore, PT.Pertamina (Persero) must develop facilities as supporting distribution process. PT. Pertamina (Persero) is planning to build a dock facility with a vessel leaning maximum capacity of 25000 DWT, for tanker facilities that will supply LPG at LPG terminal Balongan, submarine pipeline facility that will transfer LPG received through tanker to Spherical tank. PT. Pertamina (Persero) also planning to build 3 (three) a LPG Spherical tan with capacity of 3000 MT. 1.2 Objective The objective of this report is to present the mooring analysis for “PLB ALEA KEREN" during shorepull pipeline 6” and 16” operation. 1.3 Definition of Terms The following words if found elsewhere inthis document shall have the meaning as follow: CLIENT/ OWNER/ PTM PT Pertamina (Persero) Directorate of Marketing & Commerce as the owners and users of the facility or equipment. RESULT SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION 3.1 Summary From the analysis, PIPELAY BARGE “ALEA KEREN” is able to hold her position under the stipulated environment for the “all lines intact” and “one line damaged” cases. The summarized results of whole mooring analysis line tension are shown in Table 4.1 and 4.12. For more detail, please refer to the analysis output in the Appendix F. Table 3.1-1.
