Biscuits line 一、Vertical

Function：suitable for both hard and soft biscuit,mixer tank can be disassembled and changed Equipment features 1、Capacity:500 kg/time(customization) 2、Blade type: double blades 3、Mixer tank:“8”-shaped 4、Speed:30~60 rounds/min 5、Tank can be controlled up and down This type of machine is designed in double speed mixing, and is ideal for the preparation of dough for crackers or delicate mixtures or the dough especially for preliminary mixing and secondary mixing. The dough is mixed in mobile tubs which are attached to the unit. The two mixing shafts are constructed entirely in stainless steel, and each is fitted with four shaped mixing arms. The independent electrical control panel contains all power and auxiliary controls. This machine may be used for continuous operation provided with a certain quantity of dough tubs. Very practical used for the preparation of the fermented dough. All surfaces that come into contact with the product are in stainless steel. The machine is designed and fitted with safety devices in accordance with current safety legislation.
