dari PDAM
Sumber air bersih utama diambil dari PDAM. Air bersih dari PDAM ditampung di raw water tank, kemudian dengan menggunakan pompa dan filter di alirkan ke bak penampungan air bersih utama (Ground Water Tank). Air dari tangki bawah (Ground Water Tank Air Bersih) akan dipompakan ke roof tank masing masing tower terlebih dahulu kemudian di distribusikan ke pemakai secara grafitasi, dan pada 4 (empat) lantai dari tempat roof tank berada dilayani dengan menggunakan pompa booster, selanjutnya untuk lantai ke 5 (lima) dari dudukan tanki sampai dengan lantai terbawah pendistribusian air bersih dilakukan secara grafitasi. Untuk mengurangi tekanan air yang berada di pipa tegak air bersih pada sistem gravitrasi; dipasanglah pressure reducing valve (PRV-set) untuk setiap 5 lantai (tekanan air yang dipersaratkan yaitu 1,2-3,5 kg/cm2).
