MAKSUD DAN TUJUAN / Intention & Aim Prosedur ini dipergunakan untuk mengatur mekanisme rencana pemeriksaan dan pengujian mulai dari proses produksi sampai dengan tahap penyerahan. This procedure outliness the mechanism of Inspection and Test Plan, started from production process until Delivery regularly.

V. PROSEDUR / Procedure UMUM General 1. Seluruh badan kapal, permesinan, peralatan listrik dan instrumen-instrumen akan diuji dan diperiksa sesuai dengan aturan Klasifikasi, ketetapan peraturan yang tercantum dalam Specification dan Builder’s Practice. All hull structures, machinery, electric equipments and instruments shall be tested and inspected according to the Classification Rule, regulation stipulated in the Specification and Builder’s Practice 2.



Semua item-item pemeriksaan yang disebutkan ke Buyer dalam Inspection & Test Plan ini akan disaksikan oleh Buyer Surveyor, yang mana jika Buyer Surveyor tidak dapat menghadiri dikarenakan sesuatu alasan, item pemeriksaan ini akan dipercayakan ke Surveyor Klasifikasi dan atau Inspector PT. PAL All Inspection items mentioned to Buyer in this Inspection & Test Plan shall be witnessed by Buyer Surveyor however when Buyer Surveyor can’t attend for his own reason, these inspection items shall be entrusted to the Classification Surveyor and / or PT. PAL Inspector

IN D O N E S I A 3. Bagian–bagian yang tidak semuanya ditunjukkan dalam detail dari gambar akan dibuat dan diuji sesuai dengan PT. PAL Practice atau Classification Rules The parts, which aren’t fully shown in detail on the drawing, shall be made and tested according to PT. PAL Practice or Classification Rules. 4. Undangan pemeriksaan dan pengujian yang dilaksanakan di galangan akan disampaikan (tertulis) ke Buyer Surveyor dan atau Klas Surveyor 1 (satu) hari sebelumnya Application inspection and test which to be carried out at shipyard shall be submitted to the Buyer Surveyor and or Class Surveyor on the 1 (one) day before inspection

HULL CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION 1.



Pemeriksaan yang tidak dilakukan oleh Buyer dalam Inspection & Test Plan ini dilakukan pemeriksaan oleh Inspektur PT. PAL. Bila Buyer menemukan hal-hal yang tidak berkenan dalam proses pembangunan kapal, tidak dapat membatalkan program pembangunan, tapi bebas mengadakan pengecekan pada : a. b. c. d.



Pemeriksaan Marking, Cutting, Bending di Fabrikasi Pemeriksaan Small Panel di Sub-Assembly Pemeriksaan Block di Assembly Stage Pemeriksaan Erection Block di Building Berth



Inspections that do not be conducted by Buyer in this Inspection & Test Plan is inspected by PT. PAL Inspector. If Buyer find things which do not have the pleasure to in course of the process, cannot cancel building program, but free access a checking at : a. b. c. d.



Inspection of Marking, Cutting, Bending in Fabrication Inspection of Small Panel in Sub-Assembly. Inspection of Block in Assembly Stage Inspection of Block Erection in Building Berth

IN D O N E S I A 2. Inspeksi bagian dalam pada tangki dan kompartemen akan dilaksanakan jika konstruksi hull / block telah selesai termasuk instalasi pipa. Inside inspection of tank and compartment has to be carried out when hull / block construction has duly been finished include pipe installation. 1.Pemeriksaan X-ray film pada sambungan pengelasan akan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan gambar rencana X-ray yang telah disetujui oleh aturan Klasifikasi X-ray film inspection of welding joint shall be carried out in accordance with the approved drawing X-ray plan by Classification Society



B. HULL OUTFITTING, MACHINERY OUTFITTING INSPECTION



OUTFITTING



AND



ELECTRIC



1. Pemeriksaan untuk item-item utama Hull Outfitting, Machinery & Electrical Outfitting telah dilaksanakan di Pabrik pembuatnya oleh Surveyor Klasifikasi dan atau perwakilan Klasifikasi sehingga diterbitkan Class Certificate yang dilengkapi dengan Mill Certificate atau Component Certificate atau Maker Certificate Inspection for main items Hull Outfittng, Machinery Outfitting & Electrical Outfitting have been carried out at the Manufacturer in the presence of Classification Surveyor and / or Classification Representation that to beissued Class Certificate and completed with the Mill Certificate or Component Certificate or Maker Certificate. 2. Pengetesan dan Pemeriksaan pada bagian outfitting akan dilaksanakan di kapal oleh PT. PAL Indonesia, Class dan Buyer Surveyor. Test and inspection items of the outfitting shall be performed on board by PT. PAL, Class Surveyor and Buyer Surveyor.



C. OFFICIAL SEA TRIAL Sea Trial yang akan dilaksanakan sebelum kapal diserahterimakan akan disusun pelaksanaannya dalam Program Sea Trial dan item dari Official Sea Trial sesuai dengan Kontrak Pembangunan Kapal & Spesifikasi Teknis serta mengacu Peraturan Class LR. Sea Trial will be conducted before the ship delivered, mean while it would be arranged to own Sea Trial Programs and items of Official Sea Trial according to the Shipbuilding Contract & Building Specification and Class LR Rules.
