Directions For Industrial The operation process and flush direction were on this table:
ZHAOJIN MOTIAN’s UF membrane for industrial have six operational mode: usual filter, downward flushing,back-flush, forward wash, chemical wash, integrality check. In the usual mode, operational method can be cross flow or overall flow according as the feed water quality. The overall flow mode have no concentrate, all the feed water were purified, while the cross flow have concentrate, this part were discharged with concentrated macromolecule, but the shear force caused by the cross flow mode can reduce the fouling of the membrane. On the operating process, the colloid particle, suspension, bacterium and so on were rejected and assemble on the surface of the membrane, this instance was fouling, which would decrease the flux. So in order to keep the flux, maintain the membrane’s stability, the cleaning plan should be introduced. The cleaning method can classify into two kinds, physical cleaning and chemical cleaning.
Physical cleaning approach: Downward wash: use the feed water flush the membrane’s surface and feed side. Back flush: use the permeate to flush the fouling, the permeate water was entered from the permeate path and discharged from feed and concentrate path(can use the acid, alkali and sodium hypochlorite to strengthen the cleaning effect). Forward wash: use the feed water to flush the inner of the hollow fiber and end.
