The ECO PRO series VRF units use the advanced DC inverter technology and pass the strict match and tests. A motor is the power of a compressor and the motor efficiency is an important factor that affects the compressor efficiency. The new-generation motor uses the centralizing winding, increases the winding coils, and uses a high induction voltage (low current) to improve the motor efficiency during low-speed operation. The centralizing winding directly winds the coil, which reduces the coil that passes through the end face of the stator core. Compared with distributing winding, the centralizing winding greatly shortens the coil perimeter, reduces the copper loss, and improves the efficiency in low-speed operation. The common copper tube/doublepipe heat exchanger has a large volume, with a greater heat loss in the refrigerant heat exchange and lower heat exchange efficiency under the same area.

McQuay ECO PRO series central ACs use multiple oil return technologies, including two levels of oil separation technology, intelligent collectiondistribution oil return technology, patented compressor oil balancing technology, patented compressor oil return control technology, creative oil return path, efficient oil separators, to implement the oil return efficiency as high as 99% and ensure more stable and efficient operation of the system. ◇ Patented compressor oil balancing technology and oil return control technology The units use the intelligent compressor oil balancing technology to balance the oil volume among compressors and ensure the oil balance of the compressors as well as efficient operation of the units. In addition, the units can start a specific oil return program based on the output of the ODUs and compressor operation time, to reclaim the oil in the system and implement oil balance among compressors. Smart Room Card Function The IDU control panel is configured with an intelligent module interface, which implements joint control of the room card and air conditioner easily. The room card is used to turn on/off the air conditioner. The power failure memory function is also available. After the power supply is resumed, the system automatically restores to the setting state prior to the power failure and copes with unexpected power failure calmly, making management more convenient. ◇ Mode 1 When a user enters the room and inserts the card, the unit is in the standby state.
