PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, better known as Indofood, is a major Indonesian company involved in the food industry, leading manufacturers of branded consumer products activities including instant noodles, dairy products, snacks, food seasonings, nutrition and specialty foods and beverages with main business. The company's headquarters are in Jakarta. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. is one of the leading instant noodle and processed food companies in Indonesia which is one of the branch companies owned by the Salim Group. In 1994, a merger of several subsidiaries within the scope of Indofood Group changed and changed its name to become PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. STAKEHOLDERS Stakeholders for every company are very important, without the presence of stakeholders the company will not run. Below are some of the stakeholders who are very important in the development and progress of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. INTERNAL  Owner : Indofood was founded on 14 August 1990 as Panganjaya Intikusuma till 1993 before changing to its current name in 1994. It is one of the companies owned by the family of Sudono Salim under the Salim Group.  Managers : Anthony Salim alias Liem Hong Sien, CEO of the Salim Group (second generation). He is considered successful in rebuilding the Salim Group's business empire, after experiencing a setback due to the 1998 economic crisis.  Employees : With a total workforce of around 62 thousand, Indofood believes that employees are one of the most important groups of stakeholders and an important element in continued success. PT Indofood has a workforce that is divided into two parts, namely 70% working as factory employees and 30% are staff. EXTERNAL  Customers : consumers do not only exist in Indonesia but are in Australia. Indomie is a favourite food in Australia, this can be seen from stores that are always out of stock because demand for indomie in Australia is quite a lot. Whereas in the USA in 2009, Indomie was usually sold at 1 dollar per 3 packs. Indofood products are also present in more than 60 countries in the world



 Creditor : PT Indofood can be categorized as suitable for obtaining credit from creditors, both short term and long term. This is caused by the belief that the company can fulfill its obligations  Government : PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (the Company) was established in the Republic of Indonesia on August 14, 1990 under the name PT Panganjaya Intikusuma, based on Notary Deed Benny Kristianto, SH, No. 228. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. C2 2915.HT.01.01.Th'91 dated 12 July 1991, and announced in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 12 Additional No. 611 dated 11 February 1992. The Company's Articles of Association have been amended several times.
