Tandem Drives The power from the final drives are transmitted to the front and rear sprockets by chain. The tandem case can swing up to 12 degrees up and 13 degrees down.

Final Drive and Tandems Tandem Geometry When both LH & RH wheels ride over an object (height: H) at the same time the centre of the rear axle rises H/2. Because the blade is mounted halfway between front and rear axles its movement further becomes H/4.
When only one side rides over an object the blade movement is H/8.
