Name : Ahmad Yani Avatar The Movie ( Movie review) Avatar is a 2009 American epic science fiction motion capture film written and directed by James Cameron, and starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Michelle Rodriguez, Joel David Moore, Giovanni Ribisi and Sigourney Weaver. Following the film's success, Cameron signed with 20th Century Fox to produce two sequels, making Avatar the first of a planned trilogy. A former Marine named Jake limping selected to join the Avatar program and sent to another planet called Pandora. In Pandora, which is a Na'vi tribe living primitive animals are similar and have the ability as human beings. Na'vi tribe considers that the arrival of humans the earth as a threat, then the war broke out between the human world with Na'vi tribe. Because humans can not breathe earth directly on the planet Pandora, then Jake was changed to a figure like a tribe of Na'vi in order to mingle. Jake also explore the planet Pandora, after meeting with a woman named tribe Na'vi Neytiri, Jake fell in love with her. Finally, Jake is faced with a confused where he must decide which side should be defended, as both a determinant of the fate of the earth and tribal Na'vi. This most expensive film deserves be given 2 thumbs. The film "Avatar the Movie" by director James Cameron is inviting a lot of admiration from the audience. Avatar is a semireal film, meaning that part using 3D animation. Although 3D animation in some scenes look cheap aka obviously animated, but I think it is not too disturbing film Avatar as a whole. With Avatar the Movie, James Cameron re-considered the king of the world's movies. After previously also rocked the audience emotionally with "Titanic" movie. Is it a great movie? I think yes. It’s very amazing film I have ever seen. There are no major plot holes I could see. The technology is brilliant and used well, and the setting itself is gorgeous.

Name : Aziz Maulani Close ( Song Review) The success of the first album was released “Westlife“ which went in straigt to number one in the U.K. and in Ireland. Westlife have released the second album “Coast to Coast“ in May 2001. This album is more succesfull than before. Westlife have been entered in the “ Guiness Book of Records “ of having seven single go straigt to number one in the U.K. One of the song of this album is “CLOSE“. The song went straigt to be quickly become the top the U.K. chart and it can release five million copies. ”CLOSE” tells us about loves. This song shows me that the power of love is the best power than the others. The power of love itself comes from different statement between she and he. So that, the girl want to give the real sign of love to him and make the boy believe that she love him very much. And this song tells us about there’s the girl or boy who loves someone and want to struggle to get the true love from him or her. When she is far away from him, she still feels close and every night when she was sleeping, she always dreams him. She can do anything just for him. She promised to herself for always keep her relationship and she never let go. He’s the only one who is needed by her “You're all I'll ever need”. He always gives strength and hope. She knows that she feel comfort and safe when he close to her. She needs him to know that he never been close like it “When I'm in your arms, I need you to know… I've never been, never been this close”. This song is good. The lyrics is touchable. It’s a simple but has a deep meaning. By using simple and understanable words, it makes this song has many listeners. It can touch everyone’s heart when they’re listening on it. With lush musical settings and soulful vocal, it makes the listeners feel comfort. In generally, this song is great. The lyrics can touch our heart and will be the best song for a couple.

Name : Ali Nurhasyim Crazy Little Thing Called Love Crazy Little Thing Called Love (2010) is a Thailand romantic comedy starring Fern Pimchanok Leuvisedpaibul (as Nam) and Mario Maurer (as Shone). Nam is a high school girl who is secretly in love with her senior, Shone. Shone is a charming 10th-grade-student who interested in photography and football. He often teased by his schoolmate because his father failed to take penalty shoot on the football cup. Eventhough, many girls are still crazy for him, including Nam. Aware as not-a-dazzling-girl in the school, Nam, with the help of her friends, try everything to improve herself to get Shone’s attention. She start to treat her dark skin and start to study diligently. On the next next next grade, Nam has become a beautiful girl. Then come another charming boy at school, Top, Shone’s best friend. Top has expressed his love, but Nam refused him because of her love to Shone. But, Shone and Top already have agreement that they won’t love same girl. This promise makes Nam’s love to Shone seems not possible. In the end of school year, Nam will go to continue study in America and Shone will take a football career. Before they separated for long time, Nam expressed her feeling to Shone with all of her courage. But sadly Shone has been dating someone. After that meeting, it turns out that Shone also has a feeling for Nam. Nine years later, they meet again. And…..happy ending. This movie has a simple storyline. It describe first love and its cheesy things. That CHEESY!!! Although the story is simple, unfortunately the movie is told with a bit long-winded and makes the duration is quite long, almost two hours. But don’t worry because the transformation of Nam may not be boring and can be a refresher during this film. Pretty good movie, nothing special but still entertaining. After watching this movie, it is funny to realize how every little thing can make us either happy or worried. Chasing is really the best part, right? Besides that, love can make someone change, either to fit with his/her loved one or to get his/her attention. It’s good if the change go to the positive direction. I think, on eastern culture, it is not usual if a woman express her feeling first to a man she loved. So, note to every man, say ‘love’ if you love her before it’s too late because second chances do not always exist.

Name : Diana Fitri Negeri 5 Menara (Novel/Movie) A different themes has been introduced in a film based on the novel by Ahmad Fuadi and directed by Affandi Abdul Rahman. “Negeri 5 Menara”, a film produced by Simple Pictures/KG Productions/Million Pictures/IB Perbankan Syariah is one of Indonesian movies that is produced to educate the audience and shown a different angle of an Islamic education institution, called Pesantren, on how to pursue the future success by implementing a spirit of ‘Man Jadda Wajada’, meaning that every person who is taking effort seriously will be succeed. A traditional atmosphere and beautiful scene of Maninjau Lake in West Sumatera has become a background of the story where Alif and his family lives. Alif is a student who just completed his study in a junior high school and willing to go to java for taking a higher education in a secular school as a part of his dream to study at the famous Technical College in Bandung, ITB. His mother has a different plan for him , she urged Alif to take Islamic school and spending four years to gain a religious subject combined with a modern knowledge before to go to college. Alif had no choice, as he does not want to disappoint his mother , then he go to a small town in Java, Ponorogo, accompanied by his father to enroll Islamic school “ Pondok Madani”. His father said to him to take and try it first and after that Alif can decide whether the school is fit for him or not. The exposure completely in a combination of today’s modern culture and ethics of Islamic living, in Pondok Madani as an Islamic school , With Six students and some chaplains moving in and out of the film, the movie is something about refreshment for a sense of curiosity who appear on every person who never know inside of Pesantren or Islamic School culture. Though the script is simple, the dialogues is crisp. All the performances are excellent, especially for some new comer such as: Alif (Gazza Zubizaretta ), Raja Lubis (Jiofani Lubis) , Said Jufri (Ernest Samudra) , Dulmajid (Aris Putra) , Atang (Rizki Ramdani) and Baso Salahuddin (Billy Sandy) . These six students stirs-off some comedy sequences . The capability to connect a modern life activities and Islamic roles is well interpreted throughout the movie. Affandi Abdul Rahman treats Fuadi’s book as a precious script to be handled carefully , get all the points in there, however making it into a film has proved difficult, when reading the book you can imagine some dialogue created by those six students is very deep but in the movie it become a simple conversation. A simple Recommendation for those who has watch this film, not be missed out!

Name : Laili Intan Syahrani Harry Potter: Order of the Phoenix I absolutely love the Harry Potter series, and all of the books will always hold a special place in my heart. I have to say that of all the books, however, this one was not my favorite. When the series began it was as much of a “feel good” experience as a huge mug of hot cocoa. The stories were bright, fast-paced, intriguing, and ultimately satisfying. Order of the Phoenix is a different kind of book. In some instances this works you feel a whole new level of intensity and excitement by the time you get to the end. I was truly moved by the last page. Other times the book just has a slightly dreary, depressing feel. The galloping pace of the other books has slowed to a trot here, and parts of it do seem long, as if we’re reading all about Harry “just hanging out” instead of having his usual adventures. Reading in detail about Harry cleaning up an old house, for example – housekeeping is still housekeeping, magical or no, and I’m not very interested in doing it or reading about other people doing it. A few other changes in this book – the “real” world comes much more in to play rather than the fantasy universe of the previous books, and Harry has apparently been taken off his meds. I know that he had a lot to be grumpy in this book, especially with being a teenager and all, but the sudden change in his character seemed too drastic. He goes from being a warm-hearted, considerate person to someone who will bite his best friend’s heads off over nothing. It just seemed like it didn’t fit with his character, like he turned into a walking cliché of the “angry teen” overnight. The “real” story seemed to happen in the last 1/3 of the book, and this part I loved. I actually liked the ending (and yes, I cried!) as sad as it was. It packed a punch and it made me care about the story even more. Still a really good book, with some editing it would have been great.

Until robbers come because realize Kevin is alone and make Kevin have to racing against them. On Christmas Day, Kevin is disappointed because his family is still gone. Then his mother come and after that flown directly from Paris to Chicago, but Kevin keep secret about encounter with Harry and Marv. Good plot and implausible make we hard believe. Sometime this is shows genius of John Hughes written movie’s screenplay. Macaulay Culkin also very talented in many scene and has to carry almost the whole movie. But this film appartently not possible happen in fact because that over. So this film only as consolation. Overall, this is good film, especially to consolation when holiday. This film can watch to all age. And contains some message to parents to them child.

Name : Siti Khoeriyah The Village Club From the moment you walk in through the door, everything about the Village Club says 'class'. From the beautifully dressed, helpful waiters in their white jackets and gloves, to the lovely violin background music, attention is paid to every detail. The Village Club is about more than just fine food. I was meeting a friend there, so we decided to have cocktails in the comfortable bar before dinner. The expertly mixed cosmopolitans had just the right balance of sweet cranberry juice and a sharp taste of lime. From the bar, we could look into both the tea room and the main dining room. The tea room was so bright and cheerful. Colourfully-patterned comfy chairs were crowded around small low tables, which were covered in flowers. The rose-scented air drifted out towards us whenever guests left. I imagined falling asleep in the warm room. The elegant Victorian design in that room was tasteful and understated. A few circular tables stood along each wall of the candlelit room. Sturdy, high-backed chairs with soft cushions surrounded the tables. The room smelled like leather and oak, and the aromaof a perfectly cooked steak made my mouth water. As I sipped my drink, diners' forks and knives clinked softly, and their quiet conversations provided a soothing background to our dining experience. The menu was unusually extensive, including appetisers such as spinach and ricotta ravioli, main dishes like juicy steak served with fresh vegetables, and dangerously rich-sounding desserts such as the double chocolate cake with bitter chocolate ice cream. I decided on a simple salad to start with, while my friend went for the tomato and basil soup. For main course we choose the fillet of veal parmesan and the baked salmon. My salad was extremely fresh with a deliciously tart dressing. On the other hand, my friend thought the soup tasted bit garlicky, but it was not overpowering it. Unfortunately, while the salmon smelled wonderful, it was overcooked and a bit dry, and the vegetables were bland. After this, we were too full for dessert, do that will have to wait for next time, and for me, there certainly will be a next time.

Merry Riana is a successful young woman entrepreneur, writer, and motivator. Her life’s story is told in a movie, Merry Riana “Million Dollar Dream”, which is adapted from her book with the same title. This film visualizes her struggle to survive from difficulty of life and become successful. The violence that happened in Jakarta and other big cities in Indonesia in May 1998 makes Merry Riana forced to flee to Singapore. Merry Riana’s father decided to send his daughter to Singapore because he was afraid of the unsafe condition. She went alone to Singapore with the support money that was only enough to buy food for five days. Fortunately, Merry Riana met with her best friend, Irene, who wanted to go to university in the there, too. With Irene’s help, Merry could live in a boarding house. She was also accepted in one of the best college there. But, it could only be reached if Merry paid $40,000. The only hope was to take a loan college student that could only be obtained if Merry had a guarantor. Then, Merry met her senior, Alva, who was very reckoning. He gave many requirements before he finally agreed to help Merry. He also had Merry look for side job. Merry realized that she should be successful as soon as possible. She did various work, from spreading online business brochure, until playing withe high risky shares. The condition of her economy was moving up and down. Problem of love also occurred when Alva expressed his feeling to Merry. Meanwhile, Merry knew it well that Irene fell in love with Alva. The acting of Chelsea Islan (Merry Riana) in thit movie is very good. She can impersonate Merry Riana’s character very well. But, it would be better if there was no kissing scene. I think this is an inspirational movie which can motivate people to be successful at young age. It brings good spirit for young men in Indonesia. The script writer is successful to bring a set of interesting conflicts which make the plot of this movie become alive.

Name : Rudi Wahyudi iPhone 5S After a long attendance, the iPhone 5S finally officially released. After quite satisfied with seeing the leaked photos, specs, and speculation on various websites about the iPhone 5S technology, for those of you who have been eyeing this latest generation of the iPhone, you should start saving now, because soon the iPhone 5S will certainly be available. Baca juga: Contoh Review Text Lagu Cinta dalam Bahasa Inggris Terbaru There are many differences at the launch of the iPhone at this time, the most prominent is Apple launched two iPhones at once, namely: iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S. iPhone 5C itself is a cheap version of the iPhone that has the same specs as the iPhone 5S, but comes with a plastic body and 5 different colors. Okay, at this time we will discuss about the iPhone 5S which comes with many latest advantages over previous generation of iPhone. Most of us have understood that since the first Apple designed a version of the ‘S’, it always has the same design as the ‘non-S’, as well as 5S. iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S has the exact same design with 3 new color combination are: White-silver, black-and-white silver, and gold. Concerning the design, the iPhone 5 has the same physical with the previous generation (iPhone 5). However, 5S has a Home-Button button which has a rim section with a matching plate bezel that gives the more elegant impression. It has a fingerprint sensor on the round home-button. If during this time we unlock access to iPhone with code numbers, now with Touch ID we can unlock the iPhone 5S in a more rapid, practical, futuristic even safer than before – because we are the only finger that can unlock the iPhone ourselves. IPhone 5S is the world’s first smartphne using 64-bit technology. The latest chip in the iPhone 5S A7 gives you the capability of CPU and graphics performance up to 2x faster than the A6 chip (iPhone 5). Unlike most other brands of the latest generation, the iPhone is not just increasing the megapixels. The megapixel is still the same (8 MP), but the sensor, flash, zoom and camera features of the iPhone 5S experience a drastically increase. The latest case is specially designed as a perfect one for used. It made of premium leather with bright colors which give the impression of elegance and comfort. iPhone 5S currently only comes in capacities of 16, 32, and 64 GB. Unfortunately, the product of the genius Steve Jobs is not armed with a larger capacity such as 128 GB of 164 GB. Nowadays, many users store music, photos, and other documents in a smart phone device. Desperately, it absolutely needs a device that has a large capacity.

Name : Wulantika Haqiki Acer Iconia Tab A100 While the 10-inch tablet market is very crowded and highly competitive right now, when it comes to 7-inch powerful and reliable slates, there are still some gaps that need to be filled. The Iconia Tab A100 wants to do just that, being a very interesting, portable and snappy gadget. When talking about 7-inch tablets, the aspect is very important. The Tab A100 does not disappoint from this point of view, being elegant and classy. The front face is surrounded by glossy black plastic, while the back of the tablet is a dark gray plastic with Acer’s logo in the middle. In terms of portability, the Iconia Tab A100 is also a more than a satisfying device, being about the same size and weight as the HTC Flyer, for example. The 7-inch touchscreen with 1024x600 pixels resolution offers great image quality, contrast and brightness, but does more of a mediocre job when talking about viewing angles. Still, the display is overall decent and holds the comparison with the HTC Flyer or the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7. Performance and software - The Iconia Tab A100 features the already classic Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor with 1 GB of RAM memory and is therefore at least as snappy and powerful as any other 7 or 10-inch tablet on the market right now. The cameras are surprisingly decent, the 2 MP front-facing and the 5 MP rear-facing devices offering pretty much the best image quality you might hope to find on a slate. In terms of software, Acer’s 7-inch tablet is set to be a pioneer, being the first slate of its category to be powered by the Android Honeycomb OS. Not only that, but it will run on the latest 3.2 version of the operating system, which means that you will get loads of apps and snappy performance. Connectivity and pricing - The Iconia Tab A100 is set to feature WiFi and Bluetooth compatibility, as well as a micro-USB port and a micro SD slot card. It would have been perfect if it would have featured HDMI as well, but still it is pretty decent for a 7inch tablet. As far as pricing is concerned, the Acer Iconia Tab A100, which has not yet been released on the market, will be available for 329 dollars( the 8 GB version) or for 349 dollars( the 16 GB version). This is consistently less than HTC Flyer’s or Blackberry Playbook’s prices, to name two of the important 7-inch tablets right now. Wrap-up - While the Iconia Tab A500 is still struggling to become one of the important names in the tablets’ world, the from this Android tablet review it looks like a winner right away. Packing good technical specifications, as well as a decent display and a revolutionary software for a 7-inch tablet, Acer’s new slate also comes at an affordable price tag and will probably mesmerize technology fanatics all around the world.

Name : Khafi Review Text Film The Amazing Spiderman 2 I will start by saying that I am a huge fan of Spider-man. I love all the trilogies worked by Raimi (yes, even the Spider-man 3) but I do not like the The Amazing Spiderman 1. I was skeptical when I wanted to watch this movie, but I was wrong and I think this second sequel is really great. Unlike its predecessor, this film is full of action, humor, and emotional. Played by the big players, the story is well-written. The action is really spectacular and the final scene makes me satisfied. The story begins when Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) struggled to maintain his relationship with Gwen (Emma Stone) after her father’s death. His actions also causes the emergence of a new enemy, Electro, a villain played by James Foxx. Peter also continue to investigate what happened to his father and reunited with his old friend, Harry Osborn. This movie is ended by the death of Gwen that makes the audience will be very emotional and sad. However I have to criticize about this film addressed to Paul Giamatti who plays Rhino. His appearance is too over. His acting also does not show that he is a feared villain. It would be a serious problem for the next Spiderman series. So I hope he can improve his acting better than before. Overall, I think this is the best superhero movie since the appearance of The Dark Knight Rises. The script is well-written and convincing. I am sure the next series will be outstanding superhero movie. I recommend this movie to anyone who loves Spider-man or other superhero movie.

Name : Prisma Nanda Aniva N Review Text Singkat Film Stand by Me Doraemon Almost everyone is familiar with this phenomenal cartoons. This Japan film is very successful. Stand By Me: Doraemon, this film was made to celebrate 80 years of Fujiko f. Fujio (alm), and started playing in cinemas in Japan since August 8, 2014. in December 15, Stand by Me Doraemon movie officially was played in Indonesia. Surely the enthusiastic of Indonesian people is very great to watch this phenomenal movie which is the last episode of Doraemon movie. But is it true that the movie Stand by Me Doraemon is as good as spoken? In a personal point of view, the film Stand by Me Doraemon is a mediocre movie as a 3D animation film in general. Even as the generation of 90s, I was disappointed with this movie. Probably because big name of Doraemon has already been legendary made this film extremely loved by many people. There are a few things that make the movie Stand by Me Doraemon looks failed. The storyline is not consistent. First, we know that Doraemon is programmed not to return to the future until Nobita finds a happiness, but after a few minutes the story shifts to Doraemon and Nobita get into the legendary drawer to explore the future to help Shizuka in the Ice Moutain and to see Nobita’s wedding ceremony. Second, excessive expression, the vagaries of the ridiculous, a joke which is totally not funny, even seems geek. There are many other 3D animated films which are far better than any point of view such as Wreck It Ralph and Despicable Me. There is one scene that makes no sense when Nobita is challenging Giant to fight just to prove that Nobita is able to live without the help of Doraemon. So what? What is evidenced by the scene of a fight like that? There are many other option scenes, such as being excellent in his school. Wouldn’t it have more moral value compared to the fight? Some feel thrilled with this film, but not for me. Only one scene was sad when Nobita said that he was very happy. So it activated the Doraemon program to return to the future and leave Nobita forever. Although in the end of the story Doraemon came back again. So the essence of the film that has been heralded as “the end of Doraemon and Nobita togetherness” is lost. Overall, for the faithful fans of Doraemon, there is nothing special from the film. But this is the point of view of myself personally.

Name : Sabtian Meldi Review Text Film Habibie & Ainun The film’s title : Habibie & Ainun Genre

: Romantic

Director

: Hanung Bramantyo

Production

: MD Entertainment

Cast

: Reza Rahardian (BJ. Habibie), BCL (Ainun Habibie), Tio Pakusadewo (Soeharto)

Indonesian film industry finally awakened to offer quality movies. After a long time the people of Indonesia are served with horror film with semi-pornographic scenes. Film Habibie & Ainun produced by renowned director Hanung Bramantyo. This film is an adaptation of a novel by Mr. BJ. Habibie personal story about his life journey with his love Mrs. Ainun. The novel he wrote after the death of Alm. Ainun Habibie, as a mark of his very deep love for his wife. The film told about a leader and Indonesian intellect, Mr. BJ Habibie who tried to build up the nation. The film also tried to unite the romance between a marriage couple in a family with a bandage of nationalism spirit. The love story between Habibie and Ainun provided valuable lesson for all Indonesian society. The loyalty and sacrifice they gave to the nation offered a lot of lessons for us to continue their struggle. Their conflict and struggle to developed the nation presented in this film is able to make the audience cry, even the former President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and his wife, Ani Yudhoyono shed tears when watching it for the first time. The biography of BJ Habibie and Ainun Habibie are elegantly presented. His science and ambition to create Indonesia Aircraft are the positive values and encourage us to be his successor. Unfortunately, this beautiful story of this film is a little tarnished by the unprofessional product ads. It is very disappointed advertisement. Although it is only a few seconds, but it still disturbs the story. Finally, for those who have a high spirit of nationalism and love romance must watch this film which is one of the best film ever created by the Indonesian.

Name : Sri Linda The Twilight Saga: Eclipse Everybody has their own list of Crappy Movies You Can’t Help Watching and the Twilight movies have a prominent place on mine. With a few exceptions, notably Billy Burke as Charlie Swan, the acting is from hunger, the storyline improbable (vampires are improbable enough, but sparkly vampires? Who’da thunk it?), and character development is practically non-existent. But the first two movies did have a certain silly charm, especially Robert Pattinson’s self-deprecating performance as Edward Cullen (and my God, he is so gorgeous he should have his own pin-up calendar), and Ashley Greene as his ditzy sister. I can’t help liking her. Kristin Stewart is just plain irritating but I guess we’re stuck with her until the series is over. More’s the pity. Last night I caught “Eclipse” on PPV TV and a sillier, more inane movie I’ve never watched in ages. The back stories add nothing to the plot, Kristen Stewart is even more irritating if that’s possible, and the whole “triangle” between Bella, Jacob and Edward is such a farce I couldn’t help laughing. There is no triangle to speak of, actually; only Jake’s inability to accept no for an answer. There were two things I liked about this film: one was the new actress who plays Victoria, and the other was Edward’s touching explanation of why he insists on no sex before marriage: he wants to re-live the old-fashioned way of courtship he was cheated of when he was made a vampire. Kind of sweet, when you think about it. Taken as a whole, however, “Eclipse” adds up to two hours of nothing. Even the intrusion of the evil Volturi toward the movie’s end seems more like an afterthought tacked onto the story. “Twilight” and “New Moon” still occupy a place on my Crappy Movies You Can’t Help Watching list, but “Eclipse” has earned a spot on my other list of Crappy Movies I Don’t Care If I Never Watch Again.
