Continuity memiliki prinsip dimana setiap permukaan aspek bangunan harus mengalir satu sama lain. Sehingga membentuk suatu kontinuitas antar aspek bangunan. “We have no longer an outside as outside. We have no longer an outside and an inside as two separate things. Now the outside may come inside, and the inside may and does go outside. They are of each other.”

Wright ingin menciptakan bangunan yang tumbuh tidak hanya sesuai dengan fungsi saja melainkan bangunan yang memiliki ekspresi hidup. Pengaplikasian material yang alamiah seperti batu atau kayu pada interior dan exterior memungkinkan konsep tumbuh diantara bagian luar serta dalam bangunan terjadi. Architecture might extend the bounds of human individuality indefinitely by way of safe interior discipline. Not only had space come upon a new technique of its own but every material and every method might now speak for itself in objective terms of human life.

Wright ingin menciptakan arsitektur yang memiliki hubungan erat antar manusia dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Ruang – ruang dalam bangunan harus dilihat sebagai arsitektur, atau arsitektur itu tidak ada sama sekali “Form and function thus become one in design and execution if the nature of materials and method and purpose are all in unison. . . The reality of the building is not in the four walls and roof but in the space enclosed by them to be lived in.”

Frank L. Wright menerapkan prinsip kontinuitas dimana setiap permukaan aspek bangunan mengalir satu sama lain.Penggunaan sudut – sudut lengkung memungkinkan form terasa menyatu sama lain

Konsep tumbuh Wright kembangkan melalui transformasi pada denah serta penggunaan kantilever yang tampak menyebar seperti ranting pohon. Penggunaan material yang sering dijumpai di area local juga memperkuat kesan organic pada bangunan

Wright memberikan banyak bukaan –bukaan yang cukup lebar untuk sirkulasi serta untuk memasukkan cahaya guna memaksimalkan pengcahayaan alam. Banyaknya bukaan juga ditujukan agar bagian luar bangunan serta bagian dalam bangunan terhubung satu dengan yang lain.

Berorientasi pada basic architecture, dimana fungsi, kualitas, dan kenyamanan penghuni bangunan menjadi prioritas dalam mendesain bangunan. Arsitektur yang sangat custom-made bagi para klien, dimana arsitektur beradaptasi ke penghuni, bukan penghuni beradaptasi ke arsitektur.

Berarsitektur yang baik adalah dengan melakukan pendekatan kepada lokalitas dan ketukangan untuk menghadirkan arsitektur yang sederhana, ramah, tidak ada tekanan/tuntutan, dan punya kualitas yang unggul.

Pandangan Realrich terhadap arsitektur yang simple dan humble, ditunjukkan dari bentuk - bentuk yang sederhana dengan menonjolkan penggunaan material lokal dengan tampilan raw. Realrich berorientasi kepada detail dan fitur yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas, kenyamanan, dan kesehatan ruang dan penggunanya, baik dalam segi aktivitas, pengalaman ruang, penghawaan, dan pencahayaan. Hal ini membuat karya - karya desainnya menjadi maksimal secara fungsi, indah secara raw, dan sustainable.



I don't think that architecture is only about shelter, is only about a very simple enclosure. It should be able to excite you, to calm you, to make you think.
